Terms of Service
These terms govern use of Personal Automation, a private and non-commercial personal utility.
1. Limited personal use
The application is provided only to its operator and accounts explicitly authorized by that operator. It is not offered as a public service, subscription, or commercial product.
2. Google Calendar access
The application requests read-only access to authorized Google Calendar data solely to synchronize a personal schedule and prepare personal summaries. The user remains responsible for the Google Account and may revoke access at any time.
3. Acceptable use
The application must not be used to access another person’s data without authorization, violate applicable law, interfere with Google services, or circumvent provider security controls.
4. Availability
The application is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Operation may be interrupted by maintenance, provider outages, expired authorization, API changes, or other technical conditions. No guarantee of continuous or error-free operation is made.
5. No professional advice
Calendar summaries, notifications, and other automated output are informational conveniences only. They are not legal, financial, medical, immigration, or other professional advice and should not be relied upon as the sole record of an appointment or obligation.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from missed notifications, inaccurate summaries, delayed synchronization, or unavailable third-party services.
7. Third-party services
Google Calendar and optional Telegram delivery are governed by their respective terms and policies. Personal Automation is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google or Telegram.
8. Changes and termination
The application or these terms may be changed or discontinued at any time. Authorization may be revoked and locally stored data may be deleted by the operator.
